I am a hands-on UX leader and AI-native designer.

I'm currently working on an AI-powered B2C mobile app, and I'm mastering the AI-native design process.

I have worked as a consultant, in-house design leader, independent contractor, and design partner, taking numerous projects from proposal, kickoff, and concept, through to implementation, launch, and optimization.

Travel is my personal passion.

I love travelling to new places to see the sites and sounds of new cultures and people. I've been to over 20 countries and counting! Ask me about my favorite places to visit.

My Background

I previously was UX Architect at ServiceNow solving the future of work with AI-powered employee experience apps. Prior to this I was head of design for a startup called Spekit. There I ran a team of designers and acted as the principal product designer and experience architect. I was very hands on, maintaining my own squad and product areas while also coaching, mentoring, and leading.

I was a senior manager of user experience design and design lead at Salesforce for over 4 years, where I had a similar hands-on leadership role. I maintained my own squad and product areas while also coaching, mentoring, and leading.

I'm passionate about my field, and personal growth and learning are part of my core values. It's personally fulfilling and keeps me inspired.

• UX Immersive - During Summer 2014 I took 10 weeks to brush up on my UX chops at GA. It was great to take time away from work to hone my methods and practices.
• Yale Behavioral Economics - A one-week executive learning deep-dive into the fascinating and impactful world of the subconscious mind and how it impacts behavior and decision-making.
• NNg UX Certification - With a focus on Managing User Experience Strategy, Persuasive Web Design, The Human Mind and Usability, Working Effectively in Cross-Functional Teams, UX Deliverables.
• Various - I love going to conferences, meetups, writing, speaking and reading about all the latest thinking on the field. Design is a job but it's really a passion.
